This emulsified composition is characterized by containing (a) polyglyceryl monooleate, (b) glycerin, (c) ceresin, and (d) water. The emulsified composition has reduced separation over time, and exceptionaly stable properties, making it useful as an emulsified composition for pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, and the like. The emulsified composition may additionally contain oil components such as liquid paraffin, squalane, white petrolatum, and the like, and is preferably of W/O type.
