PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the precision and reliability of an experiment using a capillary bead array by shortening a time required for manufacturing a bead array, reducing a manufacturing cost for the bead array, and holding an array of beads in an inside of a capillary. SOLUTION: The beads are dispensed into a liquid reservoir 202 in an outside of the capillary having a depth substantially equal to a particle size of the bead, a leveling member contacting with the liquid reservoir and movable relatively to the reservoir is moved to level the beads off, the excess beads not received into the reservoir is removed to be arrayed one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally in an inside of the reservoir, the respective adjacent beads are bonded to manufacture a structure 209 bonded while holding the one-dimensional or two-dimensionally array with the plurality of beads, and the structure is taken out from the reservoir and installed inside the capillary formed of a flexible resin to introduce the plurality of beads holding the one-dimensional or two-dimensionally array into the inside of the capillary at the same time.
