The microneedle roller according to the present invention constituted to achieve the purpose, comprises: a handle having a fixing part provided at an upper side a roller shaft coupled and fixed onto the fixing part of the handle and a roller unit having microneedles and spacers alternately arranged and stacked and fixed by a first fixing cover and a second fixing cover, wherein the microneedles and the spacers are assembled on the fixing part of the handle to be able to rotate. The microneedle has a circular plate shape, and includes needle parts sharply and outwardly formed in a circumferential direction. The spacer has a predetermined thickness, and includes receiving grooves formed in one surface thereof. The needle part is received and fixed in the receiving groove such that the tip of the needle part protrudes out from the spacer by a predetermined length.
