The spindle according to claim 1, wherein said first spiral groove (219； 519； 619) comprises said first step with a first direction； said second spiral groove (221； 521； 621) comprises said second step with an opposite direction relative to said first direction of said first spiral groove (219； 519； 619). 3. The spindle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said first step of said first spiral groove (219； 519； 619) is equal to said second step of said second spiral groove (221； 521； 621). 4.
