According to the invention, the contacting step consists in circulating the drink in a column containing said adsorbent.La présente invention concerne un procédé d'élimination de composés polyhalogénés toxiques ou indésirables dans des boissons, ledit procédé comportant une étape de mise en contact de la boisson avec un adsorbant contenant un matériau polymérique.
