The present invention relates to a system to measure and manage body information and bio-data, which is able to have an individual identification function, to provide information on a trend of the body information and bio-data of a user, and to allow the verification of a sample data of the user by comparing with a sample of another user. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a data measuring unit which measures identification data, physical data, and bio-data of a user； and a management application which receives identification data, physical data, and bio-data from the data measuring unit through a user terminal and acquires identification information for the identification of the user and body information and bio-data for the management of the body shape of the user to provide body and bio-management information by comparing the trend of body information and bio-data and a reference body information and bio-data based on a history of the body information and bio-data of the user identified through the identification information, to receive an input of a plurality of pieces of sample data which may affect the health and body shape of the user, and to provide a result of a comparative analysis of body information with different input values on one of body information, bio-data, and sample data of other users.본 발명은 신체 및 생체 정보 측정 및 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 개인 식별 기능을 구비하고, 사용자의 신체 및 생체 정보의 변화 추이에 대한 정보를 보다 알려주며, 다른 사용자의 표본 비교를 통해 사용자의 표본 데이터를 검증할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.일례로, 사용자의 식별 데이터, 신체 데이터 및 생체 데이터를 측정하기 위한 데이터 측정기； 및 사용자 단말기를 통해 상기 데이터 측정기로부터 상기 식별 데이터, 신체 데이터 및 생체 데이터를 수신하여 사용자를 식별하기 위한 식별 정보와 사용자의 체형 관리를 위한 신체 및 생체 정보를 획득하고, 상기 식별 정보를 통해 식별된 사용자의 신체 및 생체 정보 히스토리를 기초로 신체 및 생체 정보 변화 추이와 기준 신체 및 생체 정보를 비교하여 신체 및 생체 관리 정보를 제공하고, 사용자 개인의 건강과 체형에 영향을 줄 수 있는 다수의 표본 데이터를 입력 받고, 다른 사용자들에 대한 신체 정보, 생체 정보 및 표본 데이터에 기초하여 상기 표본 데이터 중 어느 하나에 대한 상이한 입력 값들을 대상으로 신체 정보를 비교 분석한 결과를 제공하기 위한 관리 어플리케이션을 포함하는 신체 및 생체 정보 측정 및 관리 시스템을 개시한다.
