Provided is a system for management and measurement of a body shape and a body composition, comprising: a body shape measuring unit configured to measure body shape information such as a length and a width of a target body part a bioelectric impedance measuring unit configured to measure bioelectric impedance data from frequencies acquired by applying electrical signals to the target body part an analysis unit configured to analyze body composition data from the body shape information and the bioelectric impedance data and a communication unit configured to transmit at least one among the body shape information, bioelectric impedance data, and body composition data to the outside. The system uses a method of analyzing and outputting body composition data by measuring the body shape information of each body part and bioelectric impedance, thereby facilitating collection of the body shape information of each body part, bioelectric impedance data, and the body composition data.
