There is provided a biological tissue closing device in which by forming the stick portion and the sandwich member movable independently with respect to the catheter, degree of freedom for selecting the sticking position is heightened, it becomes possible to select a more ideal sticking position, and improvement in smoothness, safety and also certainty of the procedure is attempted. There is disclosed a device making a stick portion 2 of clamping means K and a sandwich member 1 movable respectively independently with respect to the catheter 30 and in particular, the device is characterized in that aforesaid stick portion is protruded in the side direction of the catheter 30.
