PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition for forming foam formable of a foam-like discharged substance having stringiness without using a polymeric substance, and thereby, facilitating production.SOLUTION: The aerosol composition for forming foam is formed of a stock solution containing water, menthol and a surfactant, and a propellant.
