PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography apparatus that can inhibit generation of noise in a switching element and delete an image lag without providing a shading member in the switching element.SOLUTION: On a surface of a light permeable substrate 64 of a radiation detector 60, a sensor part 72 having sensibility with respect to light with a first wavelength region and TFT 70 with a plurality of pixels in which a noise with respect to light with a wavelength region wider than the first wavelength region is generated are provided.
