PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture for observing plants cultivated under irradiation of light having a specific wavelength region similarly under irradiation of white light.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture for observing cultivated plants is provided with a lighting part 3 including a plurality of light sauces 41, 42, 43 different in emission wavelength regions, and a wavelength selection part 7 where the light sauce to emit light can be switched over, and is structured to make the light sauce in an emission wavelength region different from the wavelength region of the irradiated light of the light sauces selectively emit light to plants under an irradiation environment via the irradiation light with a prescribed wavelength region.
