PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control plant growth in plant cultivation by artificial light.SOLUTION: An illuminating device for plant cultivation is provided that comprises: a light source 110 having a first light emitting part 122 that emits the light having a peak wavelength in a first wavelength region of 600 nm or more to 700 nm or less, and a second light emitting part 142 that emits the light having a peak wavelength in a second wavelength region of 500 nm or more to less than 600 nm and a control part 160 that controls the light source.
