PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam hyperthermia device having stable heating characteristics and steam generation characteristics.SOLUTION: The steam hyperthermia device 1 stores a steam hyperthermia generation section 21 in a storage body 22 having a first surface 23 facing a user's skin and a second surface 24 facing the first surface and facing outward. The steam hyperthermia generation section 21 generates hyperthermia through the first surface 23 by using heat generated by an oxidation reaction of an oxidized metal.
