To provide: methods for production of native and reconstituted hyaluronan (HA) complexes containing pentraxin-3 (PTX3) and heavy chain 1 (HC1) of inter α inhibitor (IαI)； and compositions containing the complexes and therapeutic methods using the complexes.SOLUTION: The invention provides use of reconstituted HC-HA/PTX3 complexes or isolated native HC-HA/PTX3 complexes in production of formulations to promote or induce tissue regeneration.
