To achieve the specified technical result, a well-known portable telemedicine device containing an auscultation microphone and a speaker, an LCD screen, an auscultation mode button block and an antenna, as well as a transceiver module, a microcontroller, a memory unit and an acoustic receiver, are located inside the device which through the first analog-to-digital converter and the first side of comparison is connected to the microcontroller, the auscultation microphone is located in the device’s case, into which ECG electrodes, a USB connector, a block of channel selection buttons are also built in, and inside the case there is an additional block for switching channels of bioelectric signals, a block of threshold values of bioelectric parameters, as well as a series-connected multi-channel receiver of bioelectric signals, a second ADC and a second comparison unit, to the second input of which the output of the block of threshold values of bioelectric parameters is connected.
