The present invention comprises: a syringe part injecting a medical drug； a body part which is coupled to the syringe and comprises an injection motor for injecting a drug, a microcontroller controlling the quantitative supply of the drug, a display part displaying and setting data having the amount and different types of the drug to be injected, a shot button unit transmitting a driving signal of the injection motor to the microcontroller, and a body casing on which each component of the body part is mounted； a suction module on which the body part is detachable and which comprises a suction casing on which the components constituting the suction module are installed, a suction motor and solenoid valve to perform a suction operation during drug injection, a trigger switch interlocking with the microcontroller to drive the suction motor, a suction filter preventing blood or impurities from flowing into the suction motor, and a body connector connected to the body part； a sucking multi-needle machine connected to the syringe part to have a suction hose to connect the syringe part to the suction module； and a charging cradle on which the body part is independently mounted to perform charging or the suction module coupled to the body part for charging power.본 발명은 의료용 약물의 주입이 이루어지는 실린지부； 상기 실린지부와 결합되며, 약물을 주입하는 인젝션 모터와, 약물 주입의 정량 공급이 이루어지도록 제어하는 마이크로 컨트롤러와, 약물 주입량, 주입되는 약물의 종류를 포함하는 데이터의 표시 및 설정이 이루어지는 디스플레이부와, 상기 마이크로 컨트롤러측으로 상기 인젝션 모터의 구동 신호를 전송하는 샷 버튼부와, 본체부를 이루는 각 구성요소들이 장착되는 본체 케이싱이 구성된 본체부； 상기 본체부가 탈부착되며, 석션 모듈을 이루는 구성요소들이 장착되는 석션 케이싱과, 약물 주입시 석션 작동이 이루어지는 석션 모터 및 솔레노이드 밸브와, 상기 석션 모터를 구동시키도록 상기 마이크로 컨트롤러와 연동하는 트리거 스위치와, 상기 석션 모터측으로 혈액이나 불순물들이 유입되는 것을 방지하는 석션 필터 및 본체부와 접속되는 본체 연결 커넥터를 포함하는 석션 모듈； 상기 실린지부에 결합되어 상기 실린지부와 상기 석션 모듈을 연결하도록 흡입호스가 구비된 석션 멀티니들； 상기 본체부가 독립적으로 거치되어 충전이 이루어지거나, 상기 본체부가 결합된 상태의 석션 모듈이 거치되어 전원 충전이 이루어지는 충전 거치대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
