The loading unit (30) includes a loading rack (32) movable at a position adjacent to a putting-in side of the medicine boxes with respect to the medicine-box accommodating portion (20). A plurality of types of loading paths (36) each having a different path width are provided to the loading rack (32). In the medicine-box delivering apparatus (10), under a state in which the medicine boxes are replenished into the loading paths (36), the loading rack (32) is caused to move to a position adjacent to one of medicine-box paths (22), which corresponds to ones of the medicine boxes charged in the loading paths (36). Thus, the medicine boxes prepared in the loading paths (36) are automatically loaded into the medicine-box paths (22).
