PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the concentration of a curry sauce to a favorite degree, with the sauce having a sizzling taste at a maintained temperature.SOLUTION: A customer himself can make a sauce with a favorite concentration by joining a curry roux and soup separately served immediately before eating. In addition, a customer can enjoy the taste having a different concentration during meal. With use of a heating apparatus such as a stone pot, a customer can experience the sizzling taste of the finished sauce. Further, the temperature of the sauce is maintained to the last, so that the meal can be taken in a hot state. Further an instant curry of a new type having a roux and a sauce separately is manufactured and sold as merchandise.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 カレーソースの濃度を好みのものに出来ることや、ソースにシズル感を出すとともにその温度を維持していくための方法。【解決手段】 カレーのルーとスープを別々に提供し、お客様自身が食べる直前に合わせることで、お好みの濃さのソースを作ることが出来る。また、食事をしていくなかで違った濃さの味わいを楽しむことが可能となる。石鍋など、加熱装置を使用することで、お客様はソースが出来上がる時のシズル感を体感することが出来る。さらに、ソースの温度は最後まで維持され熱々の状態で食事をすることが実現される。また、これらのルーとソースを分けた新しいタイプの即席カレーとして、物販品としてその製造、販売を行う。【選択図】なし
