PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair-type massage machine having a leg mounting portion which have a treatment portion to a users legs, can appear and disappear, in which a modal shift between the use condition of an ottoman (leg mounting portion) for a massage chair and a storage condition of the ottoman when it is not used for an ordinary chair can be performed smoothly without imposing a troublesome operation on the user.SOLUTION: The chair-type massage machine 1a is equipped with a massaging mechanism 130a which rotates and shifts upward and downward from the position below the seat portion 11a of a chair body 10a by a driving mechanism 7a and has the leg mounting portion 13a.
