The present invention relates to a temperature and humidity adjustment apparatus for a greenhouse. According to the present invention, the temperature and humidity adjustment apparatus is connected to a frame structure (36) constituting a greenhouse (12) by connection ropes (38, 40) and installed thereto such that a discharge hole of a discharge fan (28) is exposed to the outside, and comprises: two connection pipes (24, 26) having respective opening/closing devices (20, 22) on one side of a suction duct (14) provided with a plurality of sirocco fans (16) a discharge fan (28) connected to any one of the connection pipes (24) a circulation duct (34) having multiple discharge holes (32) connected to the other one of the connection pipes (26) by using a circulation fan (20). When, the sirocco fan (16) and the discharge fan (28) are operated in a state that the opening/closing device (22) connecting the circulation duct (34) is blocked, hot internal air is discharged to the outside and temperature control is thus realized. When the sirocco fan (16) and the circulation fan (30) are operated in a state that the opening/closing device (20) connecting the discharge fan (28) are blocked, humidity control is realized by repeating a process of discharging the internal air introduced by an inhale duct (14) to the inside through the multiple discharge holes (32) of the circulation duct (34).
