PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enable blowing out ions to an entire room or a local space underneath.SOLUTION: A body 1 is cylindrical, has a flange 2 underneath, comprises an electric motor 5 and a top plate 6 on a top surface 3 to hold the electric motor 5 for rotating a propeller fan 4. Provision of the propeller fan 4 under the top plate 6 to connect with the electric motor 5 can change the flows of air in an airflow passage to blow out airflow from any ventilation port by changing the rotational directions of the propeller fan 4. When air is blown out of an outer circumferential side ventilation port 19, the air is blown outside by an acute angle α made between the outer circumferential side ventilation port 19 and the ceiling 100 surface. When the air is blown out of an inner circumference side ventilation port 18, the air is blown out right below.
