PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article for which the degree of freedom of the physical properties and positions, etc., of a flexible region and a non-flexible region in a wing part is high, in the absorbent article provided with a flexible side leakage prevention part and the wing part with the flexible region and the non-flexible region.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 comprises an absorbent main body 10, a pair of side leakage prevention parts 5, 5 for covering both side parts in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10, and the wing part 6 extending outward from the side edge 10a in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10. The pair of side leakage prevention parts 5, 5 are formed with a side leakage prevention part forming sheet 51 as a main body and are flexible at least in the longitudinal direction. The wing part 6 is formed with a non-flexible wing part forming sheet 61 as a main body. The side leakage prevention part forming sheet 51 and the wing part forming sheet 61 are joined through a wing joining part 9 on the skin non-abutting surface side of the side leakage prevention part forming sheet 51 and on the skin abutting surface side of the wing part forming sheet 61.
