The absorbent article (10) further comprises a tape member (60) disposed on the non-skin-facing side of the rear surface sheet (22) and to the inside of the outer edge of the absorbent article (10). The tape member (60) is configured so as to be capable of extending beyond the outer edge of the absorbent article (10).
