PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe drive supporting system which can support the driving of a vehicle while considering the cognitive function of a driver.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a safe drive supporting system including: a wearable terminal having terminal specification information; and a safe drive supporting on-vehicle device for presenting questions to a driver, calculating the percentage of questions answered correctly from the answers input by the driver, and determining whether the driver is in a state of being able to drive by comparing the acceptance information of the driver and the percentage, the acceptance information being a predetermined percentage of questions answered correctly. The reference determination unit determines whether the percentage of questions answered correctly input by the driver is at least the predetermined percentage of questions answered correctly.
