PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine having a mechanism of automatically feeding seedling sheets from a seedling holding frame piled up with plural sheets of seedlings to a seedling stand one by one and having the problems that a transferring device for transferring the seedling holding frame or seedlings themselves to a seedling feeding position is needed, so that the mechanism of the transferring device is complicated, the weight of the transferring device increases and therefore the weight balance between front and rear and running performance become worse and seedling planting performance and planting work efficiency are deteriorated. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanting device having a mechanism comprising feeding seedlings from a seedling holding frame 15 capable of holding multiple sheets of seedling trays C, to a predetermined path for transferring to a seedling-taking up position through a guide table 69 one by one and planting the seedling conveyed via the path and took up at the seedling-taking up position and planting on a farm field, wherein the device is characterized by setting the guide table 69 transferable to another position so as to feed the plural number of seedlings in the seedling holding frame.
