PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a seedling takeout device feed each seedling to a seedling feeding position in an adequate timing. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter is obtained by installing a timing regulating part 171a capable of regulating the timing of mutual operations of the seedling takeout device and a seedling planting device in the seedling transplanter equipped with the seedling takeout device for taking out each seedling from a seedling tray and feeding the taken out seedling to the prescribed seedling feeding position and the seedling planting device for receiving the seedling in the seedling feeding position and planting the received seedling in a field.
