PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter to supply seedling trays obtained by raising seedling in pots and enabling accurate supply of the seedling trays and the delivery of individual pot seedling to the seedling planting apparatus with a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: A pot seedling delivery apparatus is provided with an external interlocking mechanism 8 for interlocking the motions of a seedling pushing rod 3 to push out the seedling of each pot from a seedling tray intermittently supplied from a seedling supply channel 1 to a delivery channel 2, a tray stopper 4 to stop the seedling tray in the seedling delivery channel 2 and a holder claw to stop a seedling pushed out with the seedling pushing rod 3 by protruding or retreating on a seedling holder 6 to receive the seedling and transfer the seedling to the position of the lower seedling planting apparatus.
