The present invention relates to a drink composition comprising an Aronia mandschurica extract having high antioxidant activity. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for preparing the extract, the method comprising: a preliminary process for harvesting Aronia mandschurica and washing the same to remove foreign materials therefrom an extraction process for placing the Aronia mandschurica treated in the preliminary process into a squeezer to extract Aronia mandschurica juice therefrom and a filtering process for adding a clarifying agent to the extracted Aronia mandschurica juice to precipitate and filter out floating matter therein to obtain a filtrate, wherein the extract contains the filtrate.
