PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device for discharging a film-like spout stream with a long spout width that can allow the reduction of the size in a front-back direction which is a water discharging direction.SOLUTION: A water discharge device that receives hot or cold bathtub water 110, and discharges forward a film-like spout stream 112 long in the right-left direction includes a first chamber 30 and a second chamber 20 which are disposed on upper and lower sides across a bulkhead 40. The first chamber 30 is provided with a water supply part 32 for receiving the bathtub water 110, and the second chamber 20 is provided with a discharge port 22 for discharging the spout stream 112.
