PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water spout structure that can spout electrolytic hydrogen water to a desired region intensively and at high concentration.SOLUTION: A water spout structure is provided for spouting warm water supplied from a water supply flow path out of a water spout part. The water spout structure includes: a branch part for branching the warm water in the water supply flow path an electrolysis flow path for electrolyzing one warm water branched in the branch part to form electrolytic hydrogen water and guiding the electrolytic hydrogen water to the water spout part and a water passing flow path for guiding the other warm water branched in the branch part to the water spout part in a state of non-electrolytic water without electrolyzing it.
