Theion exchange membraneelectrolytic cell generates a gas with hydrogen. The integral flow devicehas a first setting structure, a water tank, a gas-pathway system and a water-pathway system. The water tank accommodates water. The first setting structure is configured for removably fixingthe ion exchange membrane electrolytic cellat the integral flow device. The water-pathway systemconnects the water tank and the first setting structure for inputting the water in the water tank into the ion exchange membrane electrolytic cell. The gas-pathway system is connected to the first setting structure for receiving and transporting the gas with hydrogen.
