PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a discharging port of a blowing nozzle from clogging, and to suppress an energy loss in an unit for making water fine, an apparatus for making water fine, and a sauna apparatus using it.SOLUTION: The unit for making water fine is configured by having an evaporating chamber 3 for evaporating water by a heating means 2, a distilled water generating chamber 6 incorporating a heat exchanging means 5 for cooling vapor generated in the evaporating chamber 3 in the upper part, a water supply pipe 7 for supplying water for cooling to the heat exchanging means 5, a water feeding pipe 8 which feeds water subjected to heat exchange to the evaporating chamber 6 and is equipped with an opening and closing valve 17 in the middle, the blowing nozzle 9 for blowing high-pressure air by adjusting a discharging pressure of the high-pressure air generated in the evaporating chamber 3, a distilled water accumulating chamber 14 which is connected to the lower part of the chamber 6 through a connecting pipe 12 having a flow rate adjusting valve 11 in the middle and has a water level detecting means 13, and a suction pipe 15 which is connected to the chamber 14 in a manner to suck the accumulated water in the chamber 14 by the discharging pressure of the blowing nozzle 9.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、水微細化ユニットおよび水微細化装置とそれを用いたサウナ装置に関するもので、吹出しノズルの吐出口の詰まりとエネルギー損失を抑制することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】加熱手段2により水を蒸発させる蒸発槽3と、この蒸発槽3で生成された蒸気を冷却する熱交換手段5を上方に内蔵した蒸留水生成槽6と、熱交換手段5に冷却する水を供給する水供給管7と、熱交換した水を蒸発槽6に搬送し、途中に開閉弁17を設けた水搬送管8と、蒸発槽3内で生じた高圧空気の吐出圧を調整して高圧空気を吹出す吹出しノズル9と、蒸留水生成槽6の下方に、流量調整弁11を途中に設けた連結管12を介して接続した、水位検知手段13付きの蒸留水貯留槽14と、この蒸留水貯留槽14に吹出しノズル9の吐出圧により蒸留水貯留槽14内の貯留水を吸引するように接続した吸引管15とを有する構成としたものである。【選択図】図1
