The present invention relates to a ridge frame for air ventilation of a greenhouse and a frame assembly including the same. The ridge frame includes: a body unit including a window coupling unit which is coupled to a window unit for the air ventilation of a greenhouse and a hanger coupling unit coupled to a pipe hanger for supporting pipes forming the skeleton of the greenhouse while being extended in the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse and blades which are individually extended from both sides of the body unit in the widthwise direction to be spaced apart from the body unit and have a vinyl sheet mount groove unit for inserting and mounting a vinyl sheet therein. The frame assembly includes the ridge frame and a window frame. The window frame includes: a window frame unit which is installed on the upper skeleton of the greenhouse for forming vent holes for the air ventilation of the greenhouse and a window unit which is installed on the window coupling unit of the body unit to rotate while having a side in a restricted state to open and close the vent holes of the window frame unit. The present invention enables easy installation of an air ventilation window by using the ridge frame supporting vertical pipes when installing the vertical pipes.
