PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing spinning reel capable of securing the concentricity of a rotor and a rotary shaft cylinder without enlarging the region in a rotor-supporting part of the rotary shaft cylinder.SOLUTION: The fishing spinning reel includes a restricting supporting cylinder 30 fitted to each of the outer periphery part of a supporting portion 3b formed in a rotor 3 and fitted on the rotary shaft cylinder 9 in a whirl-stop state, and the outer periphery part of the rotary shaft cylinder 9.
