PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed phase mist spraying system for controlling the concentration of air in a sprayed space without wetting the article in the sprayed space. SOLUTION: The mixed phase mist spraying system is equipped with a microbubble producing device for producing microbubbles of air in a liquid, a first liquid pressurizing device for pressurizing the liquid mixed with the microbubbles, a second liquid pressurizing device for pressurizing the liquid, a selection valve for selecting the pressurized liquid mixed with the microbubbles or the pressured liquid according to the concentration of air or the vapor pressure of the liquid and a sprayer for spraying the selected liquid as fine particulate mist mixed with the microbubbles by an one fluid system.
