The invention is directed to a method of forming a moulded item said method comprising the steps of (a) providing a mould former comprising an indentation having an inner surface and a bottom face and made of plastics and manufactured by a 3-dimensional printing process, said mould former being shaped to form a mould having (i) an indentation corresponding to the desired shape of said moulded item； and (ii) a series of holes extending between the inner surface and the bottom face of the mould former, (b) forming a mould in said mould former from a plastics material； (c) positioning an elongate member in said mould； (d) introducing a volume of liquid into said indentation； (e) positioning a cover over said mould and sealing it thereto； (f) causing said liquid to solidify.La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un article moulé, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à (a) fournir un dispositif de formation de moule comprenant une indentation présentant une surface interne et une face inférieure et fabriquée matière plastique et fabriquée par un procédé d'impression en trois dimensions, ledit dispositif de formation de moule étant façonnée de manière à former un moule présentant (i) une indentation correspondant à la forme souhaitée dudit article moulé ； et (ii) une série d'orifices s'étendant entre la surface interne et la face de fond du dispositif de formation de moule, b) former un moule dans ledit dispositif de formation de moule à partir d'un matériau plastique ； (c) positionner un élément allongé dans ledit moule ； d) introduire un volume de liquide dans ladite indentation ； e) placer un couvercle sur ledit moule et le sceller à celui-ci ； f) amener ledit liquide à se solidifier.
