According to the present invention, an instant stir-fried rice cake is simply and instantly prepared in such a manner that a sliced rice cake for the stir-fried rice cake and water are sequentially put into an inner wrapper and then the inner wrapper is sealed by using a zipper pack, a heating element and water are sequentially put into an outer wrapper and then the sealed inner wrapper is put therein and the outer wrapper is sealed, the sliced rice cake stored in the inner wrapper is heated and cooked by strong evaporation-heat emitted through reaction between the heating element and the water stored in the outer wrapper and then the water is discharged, and a seasoning sauce is added thereto and then the inner wrapper is shaken to mix the sliced rice cake with the seasoning sauce.
