PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which achieves accurate air conditioning control based on a living body signal even when the vibration of an actuator for a compressor and a fan etc. is generated.SOLUTION: At timing when no person is present in an indoor space, test mode operation is started. While sequentially changing the operation frequency of the actuator of an air conditioning means 2, it is checked whether or not the living body signal is output by a non-contact type detection means 100a. The operation frequency of the actuator when the living body signal is detected is stored in a memory as a specific operating condition when wrong detection occurs.
