PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide the brain wave to frequency of its frequency difference by outputting different frequencies as sound without using pulse current.SOLUTION: A control unit 101 operates a reference frequency generation part 102 on the basis of operation information of an operation 100 and performs processing to first fix an interference frequency generation part 103 to frequency selected in accordance with operation of the operation part 100 and then operate it.
