PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a best preventative medical instrument for home care and routine daily care to provide basic medical techniques which have regard for environmental and human safety for non-ionized and ionized radiations such as low frequency waves and high frequency waves other than the ultra low frequency waves, including other new applications across other fields and techniques in other fields.SOLUTION: An irradiation terminal 2 of radiation hormesis, a constituent, is formed on an end of a nozzle of a body 1. In an opposite end of the body 1, a power source cord is fixed by an adhesive 8 in a case so as to be positioned from the center of the nozzle in the substantial center of a nozzle pipe and be separated and fixed in Y-shape with the wiring cut without exposing the metallic ends of a power supply 7 like needles. A grip holding case is fitted to be detachably attached on the nozzle of the body 1.
