PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline electron emission device which can safely improve the fatigue or the decrepitude of a human body due to partial energy shortage and diseases caused by viruses or cancers and in which an electromagnetic wave is utilized.SOLUTION: The alkaline electron emission device has a hormesis irradiation terminal 2 at the end of a body nozzle 1. The tip of a power cord 7 is separated/fixed into a Y shape as it is with line-cut state without exposing a metal. A case fixed by a grip is fit into the body nozzle freely detachably. A mineral base stock case 5 is fixed in a nozzle inner cylinder by using a stopper 6 to be exchanged if necessary. The tip of the power cord is covered with alkaline powder in the case fixed by the grip while leaving no space to form into such a structure that ions, ozone or the like in the air are not generated so much. The tip of the body nozzle 1 is curved perpendicularly and then connected straightly to an A part. A metal oxide part 4 and an oxide adsorbing agent 3 are arranged before the A part. An alkaline electron can be emitted even while using the metal oxide part 4 and the oxide adsorbing agent 3 separately or combinedly.
