PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety electron emission apparatus usable for various applications.SOLUTION: Electron emission electrodes are on the center of a cross-section of a nozzle 2 and the center side of an inner surface of the cylinder of the nozzle. A power source 7 and voltage are applied regardless of AC or DC and high or low, respectively. In the electron emission apparatus, a material selected for a specific purpose among the applied substances of various elements such as metals, powders including metals, or soft bodies including other safety material powders or liquids, is fed into a container and is set in a space in which electrons or ions can be passed through on the way of the nozzle.
