PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave detection device capable of improving attachment feeling to a wrist and ease of attachment, and detecting a pulse wave accurately, and a biological information measurement device comprising the same.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device which is attached to a wrist comprises: a body part containing a pulse wave detection sensor for detecting a pulse wave from an artery of a subject； and a belt-shaped band member 3 for fixing the body part to the wrist. The body part is arranged on a position where a protrusion of a cubitus is exposed in a fixed state in which the body part is fixed to the wrist by the band member. The band member comprises a first area 3A and a second area 3B having flexibility higher than that of the first area.
