The present invention provides a surface treatment method of metal medical restoration, which performs micro-arc oxidation treatment and electrochemical co-deposition process on the metal medical restoration to form a porous oxide film on the surface of the metal medical restoration and deposit a chemical compound in the plurality of holes of the porous oxide film, wherein the chemical compound contains calcium ions, phosphorous ions and growth factors, and the deposition ratio of calcium ions and phosphorous ions is similar to the ingredients of human bone, so as to enhance the bonding robustness at the attachment of the metal medical restoration to the hard tissues of human body and achieve better biocompatibility.
