The invention relates to a prosthesis of maxillomandibular bone defects, of the type used to replace defective bones, and to a method for the production thereof, said prosthesis comprising at least one body (1) with a morphology adapted to the anatomy of the patient, generated from a computerized tomography image of same, where the ends (1a, 1b) thereof have openings (2) for fixation to the ends of the bones of the patient, characterized in that support areas (3) are located between said ends (1a, 1b), on the bone sections, said support areas (3) having a porous geometry containing a second solid, smooth and intermediate area (4) between said support areas (3).
