The film (I) has a central part (2) and two side parts (3 1, 3 2) that are separated from the central part by tearing lines (4 1, 4 2). The central part accounts for 60 percent of the entire surface of the film i.e. preferably less than 70 percent. The tearing lines extend over an entire length from the film in an approximately parallel manner with a set of lateral margins of the film, where the film has a total width ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 m i.e. preferably less than 2 m. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for installation of a band film (2) a method for removal of a band film.
