The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid-containing composition comprising a DNA fraction in a crosslinked viscoelastic hyaluronic acid gel. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid composition comprising a hyaluronic acid composition obtained by crosslinking hyaluronic acid under a basicity and a degree of crosslinking of 0.1% to 200%, and 0.1 to 50% by weight of a DNA fraction in the composition. The DNA fraction is selected, for example, from polynucleotides (PN), polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN). The compositions used for cosmetic or therapeutic purposes have improved viscoelastic flow properties and enzyme resistance.본 발명은 가교된 점탄성 히알루론산 겔에 DNA분획물이 포함된 히알루론산 주사용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 히알루론산을 염기성 하에서 가교도 0.1 % 내지 200 % 사이에서 가교시킨 히알루론산 조성물을 포함하고, 이 조성물에 DNA분획물을 0.1 내지 50 중량% 혼합시킨 히알루론산 주사용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
