PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad that causes less damage to be given to a wearing article, is easy to fix to a wearing article, and adheres well to the body of a wearer.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 1 has a fixing part outward in a crosswise direction Y from both side edges 4S and 4S along a longitudinal direction X of an absorber 4. The fixing part includes a front side fixing part 6F arranged on one end side in the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent pad 1, and a rear side fixing part 6R arranged on the other end side in the longitudinal direction X of the absorbent pad 1, and the two fixing parts 6F and 6R are separated from each other in the longitudinal direction X.
