PURPOSE: A gas retreatment apparatus for a prefabricated air booth is provided to maintain a stable gas state and a clean state by oxidizing, decomposing, and absorbing various microorganisms and contaminants in gas by retreating collected gas from the air booth. CONSTITUTION: A gas retreatment apparatus(1) for a prefabricated air booth comprises a tunnel type closure and a blower(12). The tunnel type closure has an inlet path(11a), and an outlet path(11b). In the tunnel type closure, a pretreatment unit(20), a main treatment unit(30), and a post-treatment unit(40) are arranged in order. The pretreatment unit comprises an ozone generating module(21) for mixing ozone into gas injected through the inlet path. The main treatment unit oxidizes and decomposes the ozone-mixed gas through a plasma reaction layer(31), and a photocatalyst filter layer(33). The plasma reaction layer has a plurality of arc generators(32), and generates plasma-activated particle and ultraviolet ray. The post-treatment unit removes residual ozone in the untreated gas. The post-treatment unit comprises an UV generating module(41), and an adsorptive catalyst filter layer(42).본 발명은 관공서, 병원, 실험실, 축산 농가 등지에 시설된 간이 에어부스에 시설되어, 간이 에어부스의 공압 세정에 의해 다량의 전염성 미생물이나 먼지 등의 오염물질이 혼입된 가스를 재처리하는 에어 부스용 가스 재처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 가스를 토출하여 오염물질을 공압 세정하는 간이 에어 부스에 설치되어, 세정공간으로부터 회수되는 가스의 오염물질을 제거하는 간이 에어 부스용 가스 재처리 장치에 있어서, 흡기로와 배기로가 형성된 터널형 함체와； 에어 부스에서 회수된 가스를 흡기로를 통해 터널형 함체 내로 유입 및 통과시켜 배기로로 강제 배출하는 송풍기를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 터널형 함체 내에는 흡기로를 통해 유입되는 가스에 오존을 혼입시키는 오존 발생모듈을 포함하여 구성된 전처리부와； 아크 발생기에서 생성되는 글라이딩 아크를 통해 플라즈마 활성입자와 자외선을 생성하는 플라즈마 반응층과, 상기 플라즈마 반응층에서 발산되는 자외선에 의해 활성 산소 원자를 생성하는 광촉매 필터층을 통해 전처리부에서 유입되어진 오존이 혼입된 가스를 산화/분해하여 오염물질을 제거하는 주처리부； 및 상기 주처리부를 통과하면서 미처리된 가스의 잔류 오존을 제거하는 후처리부가 순차 배치되는 한편, 상기 후처리부는 광촉매망을 통해 자외선 램프의 외측을 감싼 형태의 자외선 발생모듈과, 오존 분해 촉매필터와 잔류 오염물질 분해 촉매필터가 적층된 흡착 촉매 필터층을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
