<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine comparison verification conditions used for parallel running test of an old calculator and a new calculator. <P>SOLUTION: An old calculator verification information storage part stores a collection start condition and a collection termination condition of actual values output to plant data by the old calculator which controls plant equipment through monitoring plant data output from the plant equipment. A comparison verification condition generation part collects the actual values from the time of satisfying the collection start condition until the time of satisfying the collection termination condition stored in the old calculator verification information storage part, from the old calculator in a specified cycle, and previously generates comparison verification conditions composed of an upper limit value of a verification range and a lower limit value of the verification range from a deviation from a prescribed reference value. A comparison verification part is connected to the old calculator and a new calculator capable of acquiring the same plant data as the old calculator has, from the plant equipment, and compares and verifies the actual values output respectively from the old calculator and the new calculator based on the comparison verification conditions generated by the comparison verification condition generation part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
